Before the visit: show your offer
Link to your current menu from your website and maintained business profiles. Check opening hours and contact details across the places people find you. A guest should be able to tell whether your restaurant fits their plans before calling or visiting.
During service: keep access simple
Place QR or NFC access where guests need the menu. Agree who updates prices and who can award loyalty stamps. A digital menu does not remove work if nobody is responsible for keeping it current.
In the configured table-service workflow, guests send their selection from the menu. Staff receive the associated request and can confirm it at the table. GuestGravity connects menu, table identity and service.
- Test the table menu on two different phones.
- Follow one price change through to the guest view.
- Practise an eligible loyalty visit and reward redemption with staff.
After the visit: make return visits possible
Explain your loyalty programme in one simple sentence and offer a review link after a real experience. Keep a reward for an eligible purchase separate from a request for a review. A reward must not depend on leaving a Google review.
Common questions
What should a small restaurant digitise first?
Start with the most frequent problem. If prices are often outdated, a maintained digital menu is a practical starting point; if customers cannot find basic information, start with your website and business profile.
Can a café use a digital loyalty card?
Yes. A repeat, clearly defined purchase can suit a stamp programme. Calculate the reward using your own costs and explain the participation rules.
Are table reservations automatically confirmed?
A reservation request and a confirmed booking are different states. In the GuestGravity reservation workflow, staff review requests and confirm or respond to them. Availability depends on your selected module.
Do I have to buy menus and loyalty together?
Choose the appropriate scope from currently published offers. Check included modules and staff access rather than assuming a general product description describes your subscription.
